Chances are you’ve shed a tear or two watching the Chipolte commercial featuring Willie’s rendition of “The Scientist.” I’ve never eaten at Chipolte so I can’t say if their whole local/family farms thing is fact or spin, but there is something to be said about walking away from the big $$, mass-produced garbage we’ve surrounded ourselves with and living more authentically. That might be letting the the pigs run over the grass or buying a house with a 100 acres or living someplace where you can walk to everything – the path that leads back to the start is different for each of us.
