What exactly does a “nice-looking tofurkey” mean? Sure, they’re tasty and healthy, and better for the environment than their meaty counterpart, but on visual inspection they’re kind of a beige and squishy. Is that any better than a “nice-looking turkey” (plump body, little brain, skinny legs…). Good luck with this one, poet!
