I have been close a few times,
but yet they were not you!
One day though, our paths will cross!!

I occasionally edit a message before publishing – generally to correct a spelling or grammar typo or remove a personal identifier. In this case, I was sooooo very tempted to cut back our poet’s exclamation points, but I refrained as I thought it better to stay true to their original intention.  Perhaps our poet is hoping to shock the universe into action with their excited enthusiasm. 🙂
