The Porch of Cottage In-between
Missed Connections in Atlanta
Thoreau writes, “simplify, simplify, simplify!” My professor in college laughed at him for making a point in three words that could have been conveyed –in more direct keeping with his theme– in one. Craigslist dislikes the brevity of haiku, apparently, but I wrote this and it’s the only thing I know how to say right now.

Missed Connections are filled with good, bad, and ugly haiku. Did you write one? Did you find one? Did you respond to one? Doesn’t matter if it’s simple or complex, silly or sad, true to form or bustin’ some freestyle moves, just email the link to Lovelorn Poets and those syllables can be preserved for all eternity. Don’t be shy! Juicy new haiku bits are always wanted.
