if the dog sleeps on the bed?
He snores just a bit.
I have imagined waking up with you a thousand times, and I have visualized your hands, your hair and scent and shape.
But waking up with my trusty pup at my feet is what I actually know; not imagine.
If you feel your match is out there somewhere, is there any comfort in that? Does knowing that you are able to give and receive Love soften the pain of waiting to do so?
It’s time to start finding out for ourselves by looking up at the faces we pass, and hold our good enough, smart enough, and funny enough selves out to the world.
Today I will smile, and say, “hello” to every kind face I see, man or woman, old or young, because that’s how I am.
