To the man in the olive coat and beard
It’s likely you will think this is weird
It’s a long shot
But you are hot
Lost at Rocka Rolla; you disappeared
It must have been between midnight and one
First sighted near the guy with the man bun
Then seen outside
I was cast aside
Oblivious of me; you talked with a chum
Oh, hot bearded man, I hope you read this
Actually hearing from you would be bliss
I’m witty, cute
Sweet and astute
Believe me, responding is worth the risk 🙂
(The above is in reference to the night of December 20th)
Free-style poems and haiku were always easy to find on Missed Connections, but this may be the only limerick I ever found. Even though I scooped this one up a few years ago, Rocka Rolla is still in business and probably still frequented by the “hot bearded” men of Williamsburg.
