Carrying our cares and woes in rows
of three, exasperated and
spent we
went
as the timeless tide and luminous
glow bathed our body in
the ebb and
flow
neither saints nor sinners
but just absolute
beginners
and the older we got
the more we
saw
the lines that
connect us
all

This long-ago mindgallery poem features an image I have not seen before. I can’t identify where it was taken but I like the connection it makes between these dream-like representations of two different species. We are all connected in some way.
