Welcome to the Archives of Lovelorn Poets
From 2010 through 2020, Lovelorn Poets searched for the best poetry and messages posted to Missed Connections websites all over the country. The goal was to preserve and publish the best writing posted to Craigslist’s Missed Connections and curate an ever-growing collection of the passions, thoughts, and romantic encounters found there.

This website spotlighted favorite Missed Connections including poetry, love letters, messages of regret, thank you notes, and other random effluvia. While work is no longer being published here, the archives remain open and available to anyone who would like to peruse them.

On behalf of all the Lovelorn Poets, we hope you enjoy the stories, mischief, and general merrymaking. It was a decade-long wild ride that will never be forgotten.
